The Notaries Union of Türkiye made an announcement about the immovable property agreement of the notaries of Turkey. According to the announcement, notaries in Turkey will now be able to make real estate purchase and sale transactions.

In the announcement, the Union of Notaries of Turkey stated that the Law No. 7413 Amending the Law on Judges and Prosecutors and Some Laws was accepted on 23.06.2022 and published in the Official Gazette dated 28.06.2022.
